Wanted to wish Micaela a happy 13th birthday today!
I cannot believe how fast time flies by! I was a senior in high school when Micaela was born...and Candace was teaching at St. Mary's at the time. I remember her flagging me down while I was walking over to Hillside Park with the freshmen class for Freshman Unity Day - yelling out the window of her car that she was going to the hospital! I also remember going up to the hospital after a football game that night and waiting for Micaela to arrive! I just cannot believe that was 13 years ago already!Micaela, we hope you have a wonderful day and we will see you tonight at your party! And, as Papa Ron used to say to me and my friends - "Oh no - another teenager! Agh!"
